SMTH ManagementCourse Description
This course is designed to allow staff who are required to manage SMTH activities, but who do not posses the SMTH competence, to gain the knowledge attained within the larger SMTH course without the need to actually attend it. It also builds on this knowledge to consider the responsibilities a manager has on this activity in relation to staff. The delegate will receive a specific management competence upon successful completion of the course which only allows that person to manage SMTH activities as opposed to undertake them. (This face-to-face course does not award competence. Upon completion of the course the delegate should be referred to the SMTH Management Knowledge Test which is held in Moodle. Once this is then completed the delegate need update their Oracle profile and have their line manager sign it off.)Audience
