<p>The Respectful Workplace Virtual Workshops have been developed and rolled out across the business between 2021 and 2023<br /> <br /> To meet the demand to provide access to the Respectful Workplace training, this course is now available as an eLearning option.<br /> <br /> The aim of this course is to provide thought-provoking input for all colleagues which strikes the right balance between scrutinising unacceptable behaviours and developing a can-do attitude to creating a more respectful workplace where everyone feels included. As a result of the training, we are looking for a shift in behaviours that help to create an atmosphere of respect and to instil confidence in employees when it comes to speaking up when things aren&rsquo;t right. The training intervention also seeks to create a common vocabulary and understanding about respect throughout the organisation.</p>

Audience

This is suitable for any staff but is particularly aimed at people new to the organisation. This would include NR employees and contractors working within the NR organisation
