<p>This training is for future Telecoms Managers to give them an awareness of the technologies and assets that combined make up Network Rails&#39;s Telecom networks and systems, to then have meaningful conversations with technical personnel.&nbsp;<br /> <br /> There is a need for Telecoms Technical Managers to be able to describe or explain the technologies and assets that combined make up NRs telecom networks and systems which then reduces the knowledge gap from technical managers around their interactions with technical staff to ensure effective communications.&lt;br&gt;</p>
