Schedule 8, Paladin and PEARS

Course Description

Schedule 8 of the Track Access Agreement (TAA) sets out the performance regime framework by which penalties are paid by either party (Network Rail or operators) if performance fails to meet set benchmarks and bonuses are paid if either party outperforms the benchmark. This course is designed to provide candidates with the knowledge, understanding, skills and capability in the use of Paladin and Pears and the Schedule 8 process.
