Course Description

<p>The course is aimed at those who perform the role of Network Rail &#39;Rail Incident Commanders&#39; in managing railway incidents and events in order to mitigate the risks to passengers, the workforce, the public and damage to rail infrastructure, rolling stock and the environment. &nbsp;</p> <p>This refresher course is intended to provide learners with opportunities to develop interpersonal skills and situational awareness in order to maximise the impact of the people they will lead. &nbsp;It will help develop learners skills combining the technical skills of command, control &amp; coordination and appropriate behaviours for greater impact. &nbsp;</p>
