<p>This course is designed to train all STME/ASTMEs and individuals identified for progression into those roles. It is designed to develop a person&rsquo;s knowledge, understanding technical skills and management skills. It is therefore particularly suited to persons required to prove their capability in these areas.<br /> The course consists of 3 technical modules:<br /> Failure &amp; Incident Testing (SFI) Level 3<br /> Signal Sighting<br /> Managing Functionally Equivalent Design<br /> The Leadership and Non-technical skills relating to the role are explored in scenario based discussions.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
