Course Description

This course is designed to train all STME/ASTMEs and individuals identified for progression into those roles. It is designed to develop a person’s knowledge and understanding of managerial responsibilities and where to go for help and guidance. It is therefore particularly suited to persons required to prove their capability in these areas.  The course consists of a number of individual modules covering various policies and procedures that the roles will have a responsibility for within their DU. Leadership and Non-technical skills relating to the role are explored in scenario based discussions.
