<p>Points operating systems are an essential and safety critical element to how the railway runs across the country. It is therefore crucial that a core training intervention exists to outline the essential and underpinning knowledge necessary when working with and maintaining Points. There are currently courses available which focus on individual elements, however there is a need for the key elements to be covered in an over-arching training solution.</p>
