Enable staff to undertake the management of S&C inspections, in compliance with Network Rail standards and safety requirements. Develops the knowledge and skills required to develop staff behaviours to improve the safety and performance of the asset through inspection and work definition. Blended training solution involving several pre-learning presentations, managed in NR Learn, and a face-to-face or virtual classroom event lasting 4 days. A summative assessment is provided on day 4 to test the delegates thought processes in different scenarios.Audience
