<p>Provides the underpinning knowledge of the legal responsibilities, the duties that can be undertaken and the correct working practises associated with the competence of an Authorised Person.<br /> <br /> These include but not limited to:<br /> Switching, Testing and Earthing Details From Operating lineside disconnectors<br /> pre-use check of all associated tools and equipment<br /> Testing the OLE<br /> Application and removal of earths and RoLE equipment<br /> Undertaking Test before Touch<br /> Removing object from the OLE</p>
