<p>This e-learning aims to give learners an understanding of why we investigate accidents and incidents (events) and the importance of gathering evidence in this process. Including human factors which help us to understand human behaviour in the workplace.<br /> <br /> Completion of this eLearning is a pre-requisite to attending the Investigation Fundamentals for Operations classroom course.<br /> <br /> On completion of the classroom course learners will be awarded a competence.</p>

Mobile Operations Managers (MOMs), Route Control, Local Operations Managers (LOMs), Shift Signal Managers. This course is aimed at all Operational Roles who may be required to conduct a level 1 investigation
