Course Description
<p>This course introduces you to interlocking principles for colour light signals covering the following areas:<br />
• The types and levels of interlocking<br />
• Classes of route<br />
• Junction signalling, point locking and track locking, <br />
• Overlaps, releases, single line controls and train bourne movement authorities.</p>
<p>This course is assessed but does not award a competence. The course comprises of four modules which need to be completed in order. Throughout each module, there will be a few questions to check your knowledge, and once all the modules have been completed, you will then be required to complete and pass an assessment.</p>
