<p>Examining Non Technical Skills (NTS) and the different sources of evidence that can be used to assess them.&nbsp; Covers how to record data in Academy and provide support to those who need to develop their NTS. Day Two covers an element of coaching and how this can be used in challenging situations, as well as a practical activity around writing a development action plan.</p>
