Course Description
The (New) NEBOSH National Diploma, is a unique professional qualification in health & safety, which aims to provide the knowledge and understanding that underpins competent performance as an Occupational Health & Safety Professional. It is a structured route to progress your career in health & safety comprised of 4 units. On successful completion of the National Diploma and registration for the Initial Professional Development (IPD) the designatory letters GradIOSH can be used. CMIOSH which is chartered status is gained after successful completion of 2 years Initial Professional Development skills based portfolio and undertake a professional review interview.
Duration – 6 block-release weeks over 11 months divided into 4 units starting with a core skills element plus 3 days for exams.
Pre-requisites - NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent Level 3 qualification.

ORACLE - Projects for Project Team Members
Course Description
The Oracle Projects for Team Members curriculum is designed to take the end user through the Oracle Projects application in the Oracle E-Business Suite and to promote a wider understanding of how it interfaces with other Oracle applications such as iProcurement, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, HRMS, and OTL.
It is aimed at anyone in Network Rail who will need to use Oracle Projects as part of their role. Though the course touches on the planning tools P3e and OPIS, it does not cover either in detail. The course will give the user an overview of Oracle Projects from a systems perspective and does not go into detail in relation to local business process.
The Oracle Projects for Team Members course replaces the following historical courses:

Rail Industry Leaders Programme
Course Description
The programme is made up of 9 classroom based modules, 3 virtual classroom sessions and will also require some self-directed learning. The Senior Leadership Programme will require a significant time commitment. The Rail Industry Leadership Programme consists of classroom based modules (9 days in total), virtual classroom sessions and self-directed learning. The Programme focuses on the following key leadership areas for the business: 1) Safety Leadership, Personal Leadership Capability, Performance Conversations, Leading Communication, A Customer Driven approach and all under pinned by the Network Rail behaviours. 2) The final part of the course is an optional 2 day module.
