Q: I can’t get my e-learning to load.

A: Please report any faults to the IT Helpdesk on 085 51600.

Q: How do I book a training course?

A: You need to speak to your line manager first and check that you have budget to attend. Then book your place through Oracle e-business suite (please refer to How to Book Training Courses on Oracle).

Q: How do I cancel my place on a training course?

A: All cancellations must be made by email to TrainingServicesCancellations@networkrail.co.uk, providing full course details (including course title, course date and venue) and the reason for the cancellation. Places cancelled with less than 4 weeks’ notice from the course date will be subject to a cancellation charge.

Q: If I cancel my place on a training course, will my team be charged?

A: If you cancel your place with more than 4 weeks’ notice (28 days), your cost centre will not be charged. However, places cancelled with less than 4 weeks’ notice from the course date will be subject to a cancellation charge.

Q: How do I get access to the e-learning module for Personal Track Safety?

A: You can access the e-learning module for Personal Track Safety at https://elearning.networkrail.co.uk. If you don’t have access to the module when you log on to this site, please contact your local training centre where they will be able to provide you with access.

A: We welcome your feedback so that we can provide you with the very best possible experience. Throughout your learning event, you’ll be offered opportunities to provide us with feedback. These may include online surveys, QR Codes to use with smart devices and paper surveys along with telephone discussions, forums and web exs.
